Closest in store model 3 is Aventura. But you can not demo it.
My u have the wrong # or they are busy with customers they move around a lot with customers they don't have a phone that they can move around with just go there that would be a solution
Put in an emergency roadside assistance in the app....they will come and tow to dealership and replace same day...I just had it done two weeks ago

Very busy Tesla service center and showroom. Service is professional and communication is good. Multiple issues from small to large were addressed on my car within 4 days and everything was completed perfectly. Very nice job Tesla!

Tate was excellent.
Today was the day when our Tesla 3 was ready for delivery. People at Tesla were very nice and the person who helped us was a Tesla owner not Tesla employee. He was doing it for free but he was excellent in explaining everything about the car. We left very happy with the whole experience. Nothing to do with a regular buying experience in a car dealership. It's unbelievable that such a new company can do much better job selling cars then all this stablished dealership where are you feel horrible, pressured and waist so much time to buy a car.

Did a test drive for the model S, with salesman, Wesley Rupel today....MIND BLOWN! He was so professional and courteous. I was concerned that he wouldn't take me seriously because I'm not a white collar big wig, but alas, be was just and walked me through the whole process, as if I was buying today. He even skewed me the model X, with the falcon wing doors,b/c I'm tall and wanted more space. Tesla is my dream car and with today's experience, I'm more excited for the day I drive of the lot with mine. 😋

It's a Tesla dealership, how could this not be an awesome place?!?!?! Seriously though, huge lot, with lots of selection and quick service!
These guys are always courteous and helpful. The service department even held on to some items I left in a loaner car for months until I could make it back down there to pick it up! If you are looking for a typical car salesman, don't go here. They are definitely atypical. No pressure, no price haggling, no sizing you up. Everyone is just there to help each other sell Teslas. Nonetheless, I highly recommend asking for Wesley 😉. 9 months and 20,000 miles later, I still believe, once you own an electric car, you will never look back. (Model X 100d)

Always a pleasure with Tesla West Palm Beach from purchasing my vehicle to getting it serviced, they never disappoint. They even go as far as troubleshooting your vehicle remotely and offering fixes over the phone at no cost. That's definitely going above and beyond unlike other car manufacturers.
10/10 customer service and overall experience. I as out of state and they picked my Model S (that I just bought) that was 10 miles away and did an above and beyond job of servicing it and washing it. Service help was amazing.
A nicer welcome would have helped. An employee was there on the phone but did not attempt to help or to acknowledge we were there untill we got very close to them. Other than that, picking up the vehicle was very quick and nice. The staff that helped us was very attentive and cordial.
Adding my 1-star for the service center! Same experience as everyone else. They do not answer their phone, and they do not return calls. Definitely need better management. Take your car elsewhere if you can. The Roadside Assistance people will let you pay the difference in mileage to take the car to a different service center. Pro tip: if you call them and hit 4 (may change in the future) for the new car delivery department instead of 2 for the service center, and if you're REALLY nice to them, you can get them to sometimes physically go over and get you someone from the service department. We shouldn't have to do that for what we paid for our cars, and its not fair to the delivery people, but that's the only way I've found to actually get a hold of someone in the service department.
It is the worst Service department of any car manufacturers that I ever had to interact with.
Love my Tesla but this service center does not call back or respond to voicemail. Good luck getting your vehicle serviced if you have any issues or questions. You have to physically visit them to get any type of response.
I have to agree with the other 1-star reviews: The car (Model 3) is great; but the (overall) customer service at the Riviera Beach location is horrible...especially with the "delivery team." I am very disappointed as a first-time Tesla customer.
Katie at service was great. The night before we had driven over some debris on I 95 and needed a quick repair to continue our road trip which started in Canada.

Tesla makes great vehicles and the sales pressure is non-existent. Everyone there is friendly and the showroom is nice which is very similar to the retail locations. They also offer service, super charging and delivery here. The location isn't ideal, but you're there for the cars, not the views.

I phoned to organise a test drive and the sales guy was very rude and unhelpful. He had a "I couldn't be bothered" type of attitude. I'm very unimpressed and am thinking of cancelling the test drive.
Very poor service and they do not pick up the phones when you call. I’m very disappointed in the lack of customer care that is provided .

Always the nicest people, even if they can't do every thing you want , you can tell they care and go out of their way to help
They are very helpful be and will work with you to resolve any issues you may have with the car. They are swamped due to high demand and lots of deliveries but that is a good thing and it's worse at the end of a quarter when they are trying to meet delivery options. But they work their butts off and are even delivering cars and working on Sundays and late at night when I stop to download updates to the car since I don't have a good wifi signal at home
They are very accommodating when they are trying to get you to buy, but they don't tell you that the deposit to place an order is non-refundable, even if you cancel before you sign a contract. I was in no rush, and would not have placed a deposit and order if I had known that they wouldn't refund the deposit if I canceled before signing any agreement to buy/lease. Fortunately, I am only out $100, but I guess you live and learn.
Britney went above and beyond through the whole process. Love my model 3. Customer service has been fantastic!
Flawless delivery
I have had nothing but positive experiences with this Tesla sales and service center. I purchased my CPO Tesla from Shawn and he was awesome. He provided me with updates throughout the waiting period until my Tesla arrived. He even let me come in to see the car before Tesla made the fixes and body work to restore it to like new. In terms of service, I've also had positive experiences each and every time I go there. Tate is great, as well as John. Their service has been the best I've ever encountered at a "car dealership". The one time in which my car needed to be kept for longer than a day, they provided me with a loaner. Excellent overall!

We wanted to test drive the Model 3. We called Tesla Palm Beach and could directly schedule a test drive for the next day. When we arrived William took care of us and was really professional. He offered water and was really quick with the paperwork. Afterwards he showed us the model 3 in every possible detail and gave us some nice information on the car while driving it. He made sure to give us all important information at all time.We were completely satisfied with the overall experience starting from the call to the showroom and the car thanks to William.
I have no complaints with this dealership. But I have major complaints with Tesla in generalMy 6 month old car has had a major melt down, none of the accessories on the steering wheelWork as well as the horn. Imagine my surprise when a car cut me off and my horn was dead.I tried to contact Tesla and was put on hold for over an hour. This is not the service I expect When purchasing a car in this price range. You cannot call the service directly, I was forewords to a central call centerThis is my second Tesla and while I like the car. I will most likely not purchase another one.

Love my car that I took ownership of this past December. When I took the car it was noted that there are scratches on the roof, the passenger side view mirror doesn't return to normal position after tilting down, and there is bubbling in the paint. I have called service numerous times since taking ownership of the car regarding these issues. No one has answered the phone, so I have left messages. I have yet to receive a return call from anyone.
Tate was awesome. Kept me updated and was ready when I arrived.
No chargers while visiting was a bummer.....
I purchased a 2020 Model X and it was damaged in delivery. The manager, Matthew, was unresponsive for days regarding the issue. By the time he did respond I was asking to return the car, at which point Matthew advised me that the return policy was 7 days/1k miles. The emails suggest Matthew intentionally waited until I was outside of the return period to respond in an unethical attempt to force me to keep a damaged car. It has been over 3 weeks and Tesla has done nothing. I have escalated this issue and Tesla support has done nothing. Upon reviewing the agreements, I found you can opt out of the Tesla arbitration agreement within 30 days of purchase. Of course they don't tell you that. I have opted out and will be pursuing legal action against Tesla. Buy at your own risk
Chris and the rest of the service team are fantastic! I came in for a break problem and tire rotation. They fixed everything, explained what was causing the problem, and took a look into additional recalls. The wait wasnt that bad and I got a loaner car for the day. The team was very polite and made the process as easy as possible. I recieved texts on the progress and came back to a washed, waxed, charged Tesla. Thanks!
The service is terrible, beware of them processing your registration. I purchased my car 2.5 months ago, provided all the paperwork and paid registration fees, 8 weeks later, 3 weeks of phone calls, the registration has been expired for 5 weeks now, today I got a ticket for driving with an expired tag, so I decided to come to their offices to get a new one, since the calls have been useless, 50 minutes waiting and no one is able to assist, they said no manager is in the office and they cannot even provide me with a phone number to call directly to solve the issue during the week. Only giving them 2 stars because the car is great, unfortunately, the service lacks.
Our salesman Wesley is the most professional and courteous person. Congratulations Palm Beach store.
Nice folks but they're all so busy it's kinda rushed around Tesla, good luck getting help.
